Trust for relatives, business associates and to continue business.

I leave all of my property both real and personal wherever situated to my trustees, in trust for the following purposes:

One-third of the income from said estate is to be paid to my daughter, _________, during her life.

One-sixth of the income from said estate is to be paid to my sister, _________, during her life.

One-sixth of the income from said estate is to be paid to my sister, _________, during her life.

One-third of the income from said estate is to be divided among my business associates as follows: _________[names of business associates and percentage of one-third to each].

Said income is to be paid to my business associates during the life of my daughter; and at her death one-third of the corpus of my estate shall be paid to them to vest in them absolutely in the same proportion in which they shared in the income; and this trust shall terminate as to the one-third of the corpus paid to them.

In event either or both of my said sisters die before my said daughter, _________, the income otherwise payable to my sister or sisters shall be payable to my said daughter, _________, during her life.

Upon the death of my daughter, _________, the income otherwise payable to her shall be paid to her children in equal shares until the youngest of them is _________ years old, at which time this trust shall terminate, and the estate shall be divided equally among her children, the children and issue of any deceased child to take his or her share per stirpes, by right of representation, and not per capita.

My sisters, _________ and _________, shall have an interest only in the income of my estate as aforesaid, and the entire corpus thereof shall vest in persons herein designated when and as herein provided.

In the event my daughter, _________, shall die without leaving any children, or in the event all of her children should die without surviving issue before termination of this trust as specified in the immediately preceding paragraph, and, if at that time both of my sisters, _________ and _________, are deceased this trust shall terminate and all of my estate then remaining shall be distributed as follows: _________; but, if at that time, either or both of my sisters are living, income from my estate shall be payable to them as aforesaid, and the remainder of the income therefrom shall be payable to _________, and, on the death of the survivor of my said sisters, this trust shall terminate and all my remaining estate shall be so distributed.

I direct that my executors and trustees shall continue the business of _________, and that they be authorized to incorporate that business in their discretion.
