shows:
1. This petition is made under _________[cite

from zoning ordinance], pertaining to the functions, duties and powers of

4. The petitioner further respectfully represents
that to permit the variance sought by the petitioner would not in any way be
detrimental to the neighborhood or the neighbors; that to refuse to permit such
a variance would cause the petitioner an unnecessary hardship, in that the
above-described premises as constructed are not now fit or usable for dwelling
purposes and cannot be used for dwelling purposes; that to require the
above-described premises to remain idle and unused would be an undue hardship
tantamount to confiscation; and that the use of the premises for the purposes
requested in the petitioner's application would do substantial justice, would
be in keeping with the spirit of the Zoning Ordinance, and would promote public
safety and the general welfare of the people of _________[city] and the
