RENEWAL-AUTOMATIC RENEWAL UNTIL WRITTEN TERMINATION

 

This lease will remain in force for a period of one year from the date of execution of the lease.  Renewal thereafter for annual periods will be automatic, provided that either party to this lease may terminate it at the end of any annual period by giving the other party __________ or more days notice.
