PERSONAL PROPERTY INVENTORY

 

In conjunction with the contractual agreement on any personal property to be included in the sale of the property, a list in complete detail of any and all personal inclusions will be provided in writing and attached to the contract. Upon the effective date of the contractual agreement, the seller will provide in writing at ______ (his or her) own expense, a detailed bill of sale of all items considered personal property.
